Scholarship Application Guidelines

To qualify for a ROBA Scholarship, the student must:

1. Complete and submit the scholarship application

2. Submit an official high school transcript.

3. Provide a statement of registration and/or a letter of acceptance from the college/university you will be attending on a full-time basis.

4. Scholarships must be used during the school year following high school graduation.

5. Include one personal reference together with an attached letter of recommendation.

6. Submit an essay of 100 words of your educational/career goals.

7. Identify any relative who is a current member of ROBA.

8. Scholarship check will made out to both the college and the recipient.

9. The scholarship of $1000.00 will be awarded in equal amounts of $500.00 per semester. Upon completion of the first semester, submit an official college transcript and official copy of registration for second semester. Student must maintain a 2.0 GPA and be registered for the next semester to receive the second half of the scholarship award.

10. The scholarship will be awarded for 2012-2013 college year.
